What is church management software, and what does HolyCRM.app do?
Church management software keeps your congregation's information in one shared place instead of spreadsheets and chat groups. HolyCRM.app covers members and visitors with their follow-up, small groups and cells, ministries and serving rotas, events and calendar, attendance and kids check-in, tithes and offerings, announcements by email and app, and a website for your church.
Will my team actually use it?
That's the whole point of the design. Each person sees a short menu of just what they need, it looks the same on a phone as on a computer, and there's nothing to install. Most volunteers are comfortable after one Sunday.
We're not very technical. Is that a problem?
No. We set your church up for you and help you bring in your lists. Day to day, it's filling in simple forms — closer to a tidy address book than to accounting software.
Can leaders use it on their phones?
Yes. It works in any phone browser, and you can add it to the home screen so it opens like a normal app — handy for a group leader taking attendance or a greeter checking who's serving.
Is it built for our kind of church?
Most likely, yes. It works for a church plant of 30 and for a congregation of thousands, for one location or a network with several campuses. You turn on only what you use — cells, ministries, serving teams, giving — and leave the rest off. Every church calls its roles differently ('líder', 'guía', 'maestro'…), so you use your own words and the app follows. If you're not sure, write to us and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.
We already have spreadsheets. Can we bring them in?
Usually yes. Send us your member and group lists and we'll help you import them so you don't start from scratch.
Is our congregation's information safe?
Your church's data is walled off from every other church and protected by roles you control. We don't sell or share it, and you can export or delete it whenever you ask.
What happens after my 30-day trial?
Nothing is deleted. If you don't upgrade, your church automatically continues on the Free plan — up to 50 people, 2 team members and 1 location, with members, visitors, groups, attendance, events and calendar, prayer requests and a giving page. Anything above those limits stays visible but read-only until you either trim it back or upgrade to HolyCRM.app.
How much does it cost?
There's a free plan for small churches (up to 50 people, 2 team members and 1 location), with no time limit. The full app is one price per church, however big it grows: US$30 a month, or US$300 a year (two months free). Every new church gets the full app free for 30 days, with no card required.
