Sound familiar?

Your groups grow faster than your spreadsheet

The report that never arrives

Each leader sends attendance by text, when they remember. Adding up the month takes a whole afternoon.

People who slip between groups

Someone stopped coming a month ago and nobody noticed, because nobody was looking at the whole list.

Who's ready to multiply?

Without a history of meetings, knowing which group is growing and which one needs help is guesswork.

How HolyCRM helps

All your groups, at a glance

  1. 1Each group

Leader, supervisor, host and meetings, on one page

Every group has its leader, its supervisor and the home that hosts it, with the address taken from the host. Below, its members with their role and a log of every meeting: attendance, first-time guests, offering and topic.

    • Add co-leaders and members in seconds
    • Multiply the group and it remembers where it came from
A small group's page with its leader, members and meeting log
  2. 2The whole church

See how much of your church is in a group

The dashboard shows how many active members are in a small group, and the group meetings coming up this week. In Reports, see which groups are growing, comparing their recent meetings with earlier ones.

    • Group meetings appear on the church calendar
    • Average attendance, month by month

What changes

Built for your leaders, not just the office

📱

Leaders report from their phone

After the meeting, the leader ticks who came and logs it in a minute. Nothing to install.

🔒

Each leader sees only their group

Leaders see their own people's contact details, without access to the whole church directory.

🌱

Multiplication with a family tree

Every new group remembers the one it was born from, so you can watch your network grow.

🏠

Hosts and addresses

Pick the host home and the address fills in from that member's record.

💵

The group's offering

Record each meeting's offering in your church's currency.

🏷️

Your own words

Tag your leaders and supervisors with the word your church uses (leader, guide, mentor) and the app suggests them when you set up each group.

Questions

Questions about small groups

Does it fit our small group model?

It works for cells, small groups, life groups and home groups: each with a leader, co-leaders, a supervisor and a host home, and with multiplication. If your church follows a specific model, write to us and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.

Do leaders need a computer?

No. It works in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. The leader ticks who came and logs the meeting right there.

Can a group leader see the whole church's data?

No. Someone who leads a group sees the people in that group (phone, email and address) and can add or remove members. The rest of the church is visible only to the people you allow.

What happens when a group multiplies?

On the group's page, tap “Multiply this group”: the new group is created with a suggested name and remembers which group it came from. Then you choose its leader, host and members.

How much does it cost?

Small groups are included in the free plan, for churches of up to 50 people with up to 2 team members signing in. For every leader to report from their own phone, the full app is one price per church however many groups you have: US$30 a month or US$300 a year, free for the first 30 days with no card.
