Questions about member management
Can we import the list we already have?
Yes. Export your spreadsheet as CSV from Excel, Google Sheets or another system, match the columns and check the preview before importing. It doesn't detect duplicates, so import each person only once.
What can we keep about each member?
Name, contact details, address, date of birth, status, tags, growth stage, parents or guardians for children, notes and whether they serve on rotas. Only the name is required.
Who on my team can see the directory?
By default, administrators and coordinators. Volunteers look people up by name only for specific tasks such as check-in, and each member sees only their own details.
Can members update their own details?
Yes, if you invite them as users: from their profile they update their phone, address and date of birth, and see their serving dates and their giving.
How much does it cost?
The member directory is included in the free plan, for churches of up to 50 people. The full app is US$30 a month or US$300 a year per church, however many members you have, and you can try it free for 30 days, no card.
