Every child handed back to the right person
Check each child in within seconds and print two labels with the same code: one for the child and one for the adult who brought them. At pick-up, the codes are compared and that's it.

Sunday morning is no time for paper sign-in sheets
The queue at the door
Rushed parents, a paper list and a volunteer hunting for names as the service begins.
Who came to collect them?
Without a code, handing each child back depends on the volunteer recognizing every family.
No record of who came
At the end of the day there's no record of which children were there or who they left with.
Drop-off, class and pick-up, without the stress
Search for the child, or for mum or dad
Type the child's name, or their parent's or guardian's, and their children appear. One tap and they're checked in. Only minors are offered, never adults.
- People pre-registered for an event appear at the top
- If the ministry has an age range, only children of that age are offered
Two labels, one code
Checking a child in prints two labels with the same pick-up code, large enough to read from across a table: one for the child and one for the adult who brought them.
- They print on the printer you already have
- Codes avoid look-alike characters such as 0 and O
Compare the codes and check out
At the end, a volunteer compares the adult's stub with the child's label and taps “Check out”. That day's attendance is saved.
- The check-out list shows each child's code and adult
- Attendance adds to the ministry's history
Built for your kids ministry
Pick-up codes
Each child and their guardian carry the same code, so every hand-over is clear.
Families linked
Each child is linked to their parents or guardians on their record, and can be found by either name.
Age ranges per ministry
Set, for example, Kids 0–12 and Youth 13–17, and each session only offers the right children.
No special equipment
Works with a tablet or phone and the church's printer. No scanners or label printers to buy.
Attendance recorded
Every check-in counts as attendance, so you know which children come and how often.
Data protected
Children's information is visible only to the people you allow.
Questions about kids check-in
Do we need a special printer?
No. Labels print on the church's ordinary printer, from the browser. There's no integration with label printers or barcode scanners.
How do we make sure a child leaves with the right adult?
The child and the adult who brought them get labels with the same code. At pick-up, a volunteer compares the two codes before checking out, just like paper stubs, but with a digital record.
What about a child who's visiting for the first time?
Add them as a member, with their date of birth and their guardian, so they appear in check-in. It takes a minute and they're ready for next time.
Who can run check-in?
Volunteers can, looking people up by name only, without access to the full directory, finances or prayer requests.
Is it included in the free plan?
Kids check-in is part of the full app: US$30 a month or US$300 a year per church, everything included. You can try it free for 30 days, no card.
