Questions about church email
How many emails can I send?
Each send reaches up to 500 people, and the app includes 1,000 emails a month per church. Need more? Buy an email pack: 5,000 emails for US$5 that never expire. Or connect your church's own email account (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Mailgun…) under Integrations: those emails have no HolyCRM limit.
Can recipients see who else got it?
No. Each person gets their own email, addressed to them, without seeing anyone else on the list.
Can I schedule a send for later?
Not yet: emails go out straight away. You can save the design as a template and send it whenever you're ready.
Can I send by WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS?
Announcements go by email and as app notifications. To reach people on WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS, connect a webhook under Integrations and let your automation tool (Zapier, Make, n8n) pass each announcement on. For serving rotas, HolyCRM also prepares WhatsApp messages ready to send in one tap.
