Questions about serving rotas
Do volunteers need an account to confirm?
No. The link they get by email or WhatsApp is personal and lets them confirm or decline without signing in. If they have an account, they also see it in My serving.
Are WhatsApp messages sent automatically?
No. HolyCRM opens WhatsApp with the message and link already written, and you tap send. Emails do go out on their own, including the day-before reminder.
Does it work for worship, sound, welcome and kids?
Yes. You define the roles your church needs (worship, sound, projection, welcome, kids teachers…) and how many people each service or activity needs.
How do I avoid always overloading the same people?
The calendar flags when someone is booked on two rotas at once, and Reports shows how many volunteers serve three or more times a month.
