Questions about the calendar
Does it work with Google Calendar?
Yes. Each person gets a link to subscribe from Google, Apple or Outlook, and their calendar updates on its own every few hours.
What appears in the synced calendar?
Events, ministry activities (weekly or one-off) and small group meetings. Serving rotas are left out, because they're part of internal planning.
Does it work if our locations are in different cities?
Yes. Each location has its own time zone and every time is stored as the real local time, so nobody confuses 7 pm in one city with 7 pm in another.
Can people register for an event themselves?
Not yet: today your team adds pre-registrations for people already in your directory. Upcoming services and events do show automatically on your website and links page.
Is it included in the free plan?
Yes, the calendar and events are included in the free plan, for churches of up to 50 people. Rotas and event pre-registration are part of the full app, which you can try free for 30 days, no card.
