Your church's tools, working together
Send announcements from your church's own email account, and pass announcements and what happens in your church (new visitors, members, prayer requests, registrations) on to the tools you already use: Zapier, Make, n8n, ntfy, Telegram or your own system.

When the message has to go further than email
Emails from an address nobody knows
Announcements arrive from a generic address, and replies don't reach the church office.
The congregation lives on WhatsApp
Many people read WhatsApp or Telegram long before they open their email.
The same message typed five times
Email, chat groups, a spreadsheet: someone copies and pastes the same announcement everywhere.
Connect once, send everywhere
Send from your church's own address
Connect the email account you already use: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Brevo and others. Announcements go out from your address, with no HolyCRM monthly limit.
- Send a test before you turn it on
- Your password is stored encrypted
Pass on announcements and what happens
Add up to five webhooks and choose what each one receives: announcements, new visitors, new members, prayer requests (never the request itself), event registrations and serving answers. Your Zapier, Make or n8n flow takes it from there: WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS or a spreadsheet.
- Each delivery is signed, so your flow knows it came from HolyCRM
- Custom formats for ntfy, Telegram and more
You stay in control
Only administrators can connect anything. Every change needs a new test before it's used, and each announcement shows whether the email and the webhook got through.
- Plain-language messages when something fails
- Turn it off or remove it any time
Built for how your church already works
Your address
People see your church's email, and replies come straight to you.
No HolyCRM limit
Emails through your own account don't count toward the 1,000 a month.
WhatsApp & Telegram
Through your automation tool, with the provider you choose.
Ready-made summaries
Every delivery includes a one-line summary in your church's language, ready to post.
Signed deliveries
Your automation can check that each one really came from HolyCRM.
Administrators only
Only administrators connect services, and saved passwords are never shown again.
Questions about integrations
Which email providers work?
Any that lets you send by SMTP: Google Workspace and Gmail (with an app password), Microsoft 365, Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Brevo and most others. Whoever looks after your church's email can find the settings.
Can HolyCRM send WhatsApp messages?
Not directly. With a webhook, each announcement goes to your automation tool (Zapier, Make, n8n), which can send it through WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS with the provider you choose. Any cost from those providers is between you and them.
Is my members' information safe?
Only administrators can connect a webhook, and HolyCRM asks before turning it on, because deliveries include names, emails and phones. Children are never included, prayer requests never include what was asked, and notes, addresses and birthdates are never sent. Email passwords and signing secrets are stored encrypted.
Do I need a developer?
Not for your own email: you only need your provider's settings. Tools like Zapier, Make or n8n need no code either. Developers can also write a custom format (for ntfy, Telegram or their own system) and check each delivery's signature.
Is it included in the free plan?
Integrations are part of the full app: US$30 a month or US$300 a year per church, everything included. You can try it free for 30 days, no card.
