Counting people isn't the same as caring for them
Paper lists that get lost
Each ministry keeps track its own way, and at the end of the month nobody adds it up.
Someone stops coming and nobody notices
Without a record per person, a long absence goes unnoticed until it's too late.
Are we growing or not?
Without history, it's hard to tell whether attendance is rising, falling or flat.
Three ways to record, one history
A ready-made list for every meeting
Pick the service, ministry activity or small group meeting, and the list fills in with its members. Mark present, absent, late or excused, or “Mark all present”.
- Add anyone else by searching their name
- Reopen a session to correct it
Fast welcome at the door
For a service or a conference open to everyone: search for the person, tap and they're checked in, with a printed label if you need one.
- People pre-registered for an event appear at the top
- And for your kids ministry, kids check-in with pick-up codes
Average attendance, month by month
In Reports, see how many people come per meeting and how it changes over 6, 12 or 24 months, and how many people who started as guests now attend regularly.
- Services, ministries and groups, each counted as a session
- Compared with the previous period
Built for whoever takes the register
Four statuses
Present, absent, late or excused: what really happened, not just a tick.
From a phone
The leader takes attendance during the meeting, with no paper to type up later.
Lists that build themselves
The members of each small group and ministry already appear on the list.
History per person
Every mark is saved with the person, the meeting and the date.
One record
Whatever is recorded in Attendance, in Check-in or when reporting a group meeting ends up in the same history.
Fair access
Volunteers take attendance by looking people up by name, without seeing the full directory.
Questions about attendance tracking
Can attendance be taken from a phone?
Yes. It works in any phone browser and can be installed like an app. No computer needed.
Does it work for small groups and ministries, not just services?
Yes. You can take attendance for a service or event, a ministry activity or a small group meeting; for the last two, the list already includes their members.
What if someone comes who isn't on the list?
Search for them by name and add them to that session. If they're a guest, add them to Visitors so someone follows up.
How do I see whether attendance is growing?
In Reports you get average attendance per meeting, month by month, over 6, 12 or 24 months, compared with the previous period.
Is it included in the free plan?
Yes, attendance is included in the free plan, for churches of up to 50 people. Check-in at the door, kids check-in and reports are part of the full app, which you can try free for 30 days, no card.
